  • I'm a local Twin Cities realtor and real estate investor. I own rental units myself, including a furnished rental property, and I've helped dozens of first-time buyers and investors close on duplexes and multi-families in the metro. I don't teach from a textbook, everything I tell you is something I've actually done with my own money first.

  • I focus on the Twin Cities metro Minneapolis, St. Paul, Richfield, St. Louis Park, Bloomington, etc. I know these markets, which matters when you're trying to figure out if a duplex actually cash flows.

  • Most agents will show you a house. I show you the numbers, what the rent could realistically be, what it costs to hold, and whether the deal actually works as an investment. I do this because I'm an investor myself, not just an agent who took a real estate class on rental properties.
